The first Black Tory Peer Lord Taylor of Warwick jailed

Taylor was found guilty on 6 charges of false accounting at Southwark Crown court. The case involved claims totalling £11,277 made by Taylor from March 2006 to October 2007 whilst claiming for his Oxford residence which in fact his nephew lived in.

In fact Taylor lived in Ealing, West London, he never even  spent a night at the Oxford residence.

Taylor apparently told his nephew that he had his lord's correspondence sent to the oxford address to hoodwink lords authorities.

Taylor's lies were first investigated by a Sunday newspaper. Taylor made further lies, in which he stated that he had lived with his sick mother until 2007, in fact she died in 2001.

Lord Taylor was sentenced to serve twelve months.

I find this story rather humorous, largley because of the insults that Taylor threw at the BNP. Taylor said the following "We know that three years ago Burnley was the scene of race riots where the BNP pedalled a series of lies in order to get limited electoral success"

 What lies are those then? That Asian immigrants were recieving more state financial support than the indigenous population of Burnley, this was not a lie. The report into the riots confirmed that Asians were getting more money because of anti-white discrimination, sorry, Positive regeneration schemes.

"A controversial "positive regeneration" scheme, that involved spending government funds on an area with a large Asian population, "ironically contributed to social fragmentation by increasing neighbourhood rivalries," the report says".

Rather than the BNP being liars, it is now the ethnic Tory golden boy, the beacon of the supposed benefits of multiculturalism, proven to be a liar, convicted for fraud.
Already the mainstream press jump into their assumed roles of defenders of Political Correctness and Multiculturalism, by lavishing praise on Taylor's lifetime fight against "racism" and encouraging young blacks to take part in society. Bleeding heart liberal journalists have defended him more than any other convicted expenses fiddling  MP or Peer.
What does this prove more than anything else? That the mainstream press along with our political masters, cannot be trusted. They are just pigs in the trough.

The Conservatives " weak on crime, weak on the causes of crime"

The last two articles on this blog have concerned paedophilia, and the shocking increase in sex crimes committed against children. This is largely due to soft sentencing imposed by our weak judiciary system, and the sexualisation of children, encouraged by the mainstream media and the ethnic controlled music industry. 

It as now been revealed that the average sentence for rape, is a pitiful eight years. If you thought that was a shocking, even more disgraceful is the figure that one in seven rapists serves less than four years. Contrast that with the victim, who has to serve a life sentence, constantly hounded by the memories of their horrific ordeal.

Huge controversy was caused by Kenneth Clarke's proposal's to halve rapists sentences if they plead guilty. 

It as been reported that mother-of-two Gabrielle Browne, a victim of an attempted rape, met Kenneth Clarke this week. Apparently Mr Clarke convinced her, that rather than this being a devastating idea, that actually his ideas were fair enough. She was apparently convinced by him, that this was an attempt to reduce victims trauma and to cut costs.

These proposals are purely about cutting costs, and nothing to do with reducing the victim's trauma. This is because the UK's prisons are fit to bursting point, with an overwhelming presence of ethnics.If you put the statistics together, rising immigration, rising prison population, rising rate of sex crimes. Is there a Link?

I put this proposal to Kenneth Clarke, bring back the noose for predatory rapists and paedophiles. With 984 Paedo's imprisoned last year alone, this would be one way to reduce costs and overcrowded prisons.

You see what you get when you vote for the Tories, apparently a party tough on crime and protecting traditional values. I don't think so, just a continuation of the politics espoused by New LIEbour. Total treachery. 

Child sex crime 'every 20 minutes'

A child was the victim of a sex crime every 20 minutes last year and one in four of the known suspects was also under 18, police figures have shown.
More than 23,000 child sex offences - 64 a day - were recorded by police in England and Wales in 2009/10, up 8% on the previous year and 13% from 2007/08. One in four of the victims were aged 11 or under and more than 1,000 were four or younger, the data from the 43 forces showed.
The NSPCC, which obtained the figures under freedom of information laws, said the rise was a real concern and it was clear that more services were needed to address the harmful sexual behaviour of young people, as well as adult offenders.
Of the 23,390 child sex offences, including rape, incest and gross indecency, recorded last year, more than half (12,088) were aged 12-15, while around one in four were aged five to 11 (5,164) and a similar proportion were aged 16 and 17 (5,022).
One in every 25 child victims (1,028) was aged four or under and the ages of a further 88 child victims were unknown. The figures also showed 2,200 of the 9,636 suspects were aged under 18. Britain's largest force, the Metropolitan Police, recorded the most child sex offences (3,672), followed by West Midlands Police (1,531) and the West Yorkshire force (1,205).
Jon Brown, who leads on child sex abuse for the NSPCC, said: "The rise in recorded sex offences against children is a real concern and we need to find ways to help victims and change the behaviour of young offenders. More than 2,000 suspects in these cases were under 18. It's clear we need more services that address the harmful sexual behaviour of young people, as well as adult offenders. We urge everyone to be vigilant and report any concerns they have about a child."
A Home Office spokeswoman said: "These figures are appalling and we'll continue to work with groups like the NSPCC to protect the most vulnerable people in our society. The child sex offender disclosure scheme was rolled out to all police forces in England and Wales earlier this year. This is not only a major step forward in our ability to protect children from sex offenders but also empowers parents and guardians to understand how best to protect their children.
"There are specialist child abuse investigation teams and specialist rape prosecutors in every area and the Government has commissioned a review into the sexualisation of children which will report soon."
But the Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo) warned that recorded crime figures were "not a good indicator of the prevalence or trends of child sexual abuse". Assistant Chief Constable Peter Davies, the Acpo lead for child protection and child abuse investigation, said: "We know that much abuse goes unreported, and it is conceivable that some increase in recorded crime may be attributable to victims, particularly those who have suffered historic abuse, having greater confidence to report these matters.
"We have a firm commitment to continuing our work. There is much more to do. It is a priority for every force and we must continue to work both nationally and locally to share best practice and specialist skills. We can't do it alone which is where partnerships with organisations such as the NSPCC are so key but we will use every tool at our disposal to keep children safe from harm."
