Patrick Gallagher 60, Paedophile foster carer, who today was convicted at Nottingham Crown Court for abusing 16 boys. Should paedophiles, be allowed the opportunity to carry on living? Is a life sentence, confined to the relative luxury of a modern day British prison , evidence of justice being served for these types of crimes? Or would it be justice for the victims of paedophilia, to have the knowledge that the perpetrator was swinging on a noose? I know which I would prefer, and that is why I'm a member of the British National Party. It is the only mainstream political party committed to re-introducing capital punishment for paedophilia. Criminal background checks are relatively pointless, as they only stop child abusers and paedophiles who have already been caught, even then the system isn't fool proof. Capital punishment would eradicate the guilty from committing further offences, and offer a solid deterrent against would be paedophiles.
