The last two articles on this blog have concerned paedophilia, and the shocking increase in sex crimes committed against children. This is largely due to soft sentencing imposed by our weak judiciary system, and the sexualisation of children, encouraged by the mainstream media and the ethnic controlled music industry. 

It as now been revealed that the average sentence for rape, is a pitiful eight years. If you thought that was a shocking, even more disgraceful is the figure that one in seven rapists serves less than four years. Contrast that with the victim, who has to serve a life sentence, constantly hounded by the memories of their horrific ordeal.

Huge controversy was caused by Kenneth Clarke's proposal's to halve rapists sentences if they plead guilty. 

It as been reported that mother-of-two Gabrielle Browne, a victim of an attempted rape, met Kenneth Clarke this week. Apparently Mr Clarke convinced her, that rather than this being a devastating idea, that actually his ideas were fair enough. She was apparently convinced by him, that this was an attempt to reduce victims trauma and to cut costs.

These proposals are purely about cutting costs, and nothing to do with reducing the victim's trauma. This is because the UK's prisons are fit to bursting point, with an overwhelming presence of ethnics.If you put the statistics together, rising immigration, rising prison population, rising rate of sex crimes. Is there a Link?

I put this proposal to Kenneth Clarke, bring back the noose for predatory rapists and paedophiles. With 984 Paedo's imprisoned last year alone, this would be one way to reduce costs and overcrowded prisons.

You see what you get when you vote for the Tories, apparently a party tough on crime and protecting traditional values. I don't think so, just a continuation of the politics espoused by New LIEbour. Total treachery. 

Child sex crime 'every 20 minutes'

A child was the victim of a sex crime every 20 minutes last year and one in four of the known suspects was also under 18, police figures have shown.
More than 23,000 child sex offences - 64 a day - were recorded by police in England and Wales in 2009/10, up 8% on the previous year and 13% from 2007/08. One in four of the victims were aged 11 or under and more than 1,000 were four or younger, the data from the 43 forces showed.
The NSPCC, which obtained the figures under freedom of information laws, said the rise was a real concern and it was clear that more services were needed to address the harmful sexual behaviour of young people, as well as adult offenders.
Of the 23,390 child sex offences, including rape, incest and gross indecency, recorded last year, more than half (12,088) were aged 12-15, while around one in four were aged five to 11 (5,164) and a similar proportion were aged 16 and 17 (5,022).
One in every 25 child victims (1,028) was aged four or under and the ages of a further 88 child victims were unknown. The figures also showed 2,200 of the 9,636 suspects were aged under 18. Britain's largest force, the Metropolitan Police, recorded the most child sex offences (3,672), followed by West Midlands Police (1,531) and the West Yorkshire force (1,205).
Jon Brown, who leads on child sex abuse for the NSPCC, said: "The rise in recorded sex offences against children is a real concern and we need to find ways to help victims and change the behaviour of young offenders. More than 2,000 suspects in these cases were under 18. It's clear we need more services that address the harmful sexual behaviour of young people, as well as adult offenders. We urge everyone to be vigilant and report any concerns they have about a child."
A Home Office spokeswoman said: "These figures are appalling and we'll continue to work with groups like the NSPCC to protect the most vulnerable people in our society. The child sex offender disclosure scheme was rolled out to all police forces in England and Wales earlier this year. This is not only a major step forward in our ability to protect children from sex offenders but also empowers parents and guardians to understand how best to protect their children.
"There are specialist child abuse investigation teams and specialist rape prosecutors in every area and the Government has commissioned a review into the sexualisation of children which will report soon."
But the Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo) warned that recorded crime figures were "not a good indicator of the prevalence or trends of child sexual abuse". Assistant Chief Constable Peter Davies, the Acpo lead for child protection and child abuse investigation, said: "We know that much abuse goes unreported, and it is conceivable that some increase in recorded crime may be attributable to victims, particularly those who have suffered historic abuse, having greater confidence to report these matters.
"We have a firm commitment to continuing our work. There is much more to do. It is a priority for every force and we must continue to work both nationally and locally to share best practice and specialist skills. We can't do it alone which is where partnerships with organisations such as the NSPCC are so key but we will use every tool at our disposal to keep children safe from harm."

 Should paedophiles, be allowed the opportunity to carry on living? Is a life sentence, confined to the relative luxury of a modern day British prison , evidence of justice being served for these types of crimes? Or would it be justice for the victims of paedophilia, to have the knowledge that the perpetrator was swinging on a noose? I know which I would prefer, and that is why I'm a member of the British National Party. It is the only mainstream political party committed to re-introducing capital punishment for paedophilia. Criminal background checks are relatively pointless, as they only stop child abusers and paedophiles who have already been caught, even then the system isn't fool proof. Capital punishment would eradicate the guilty from committing further offences, and offer a solid deterrent against would be paedophiles.

Boy of nine held for drink driving

A ROAD safety charity has hit out at under-age drinking after a nine-year-old boy was arrested for driving while over the limit.

The schoolboy, too young to be prosecuted for a criminal offence, was breathalysed and arrested in Cumbria for drink-driving.

Officers were stunned when they took him into custody and discovered his age – which means he is too young to be held accountable for his actions.

A Freedom of Information request has found he is just one of 2,467 juveniles across Cumbria, the North-East and North Yorkshire arrested for crimes including car theft, aggravated vehicle taking, drink-driving and underage driving over the past two years.

Kath Hartley, from the charity Brake, which campaigns for lower speed limits and other aspects of road safety, said: “It’s incredibly concerning that young people, many of whom will have had no formal driving tuition, are risking their own and others’ lives on our roads. This must be addressed as a matter of urgency.

“It is a clear example of why we need road safety education as part of the National Curriculum.

“Young people must be taught the dangers of getting behind the wheel without proper training.”

A sample of the figures show that across Tyne and Wear a 10-year-old, four 11-year-olds, eleven 12-year-olds and thirty three 13-year-olds were arrested for car theft over that time.

Durham Police arrested a 12-year-old and four 13-year-olds for aggravated vehicle taking, among dozens of other teenagers aged 18 and under.

A further 619 youngsters were hauled into police custody in Cleveland and North Yorkshire. Cleveland Police revealed a girl of 14 had been arrested for car theft, among their total of 502 juvenile car crime arrests since 2009.

Cumbria Constabulary made 248 arrests, including eleven 14-year-olds accused of car theft.

Yet despite the appalling youth crime, the various police forces are keen to stress that vehicle crimes were down overall.

Chief Inspector Bob Ryan, of Northumbria Police’s Harm Reduction Unit, said: “The hard work isn’t over.

“We are not resting on our laurels and we want to see even further reductions.

“Motor patrols officers and neighbourhood teams carry out regular visits to schools and colleges to educate youngsters about responsible driving.

“We also work closely with road safety organisations to educate young and future motorists about dangers on the roads.”

20 year old Newcastle United player Nile Ranger was quizzed yesterday by club officials when the The Sun newspaper revealed the picture of  Nile posing with a replica firearm. The former teenage gangster was sent to a young offenders institute at the age of 15. Nile admitted

"I started running with a gang. We were convicted of street robbery in Muswell Hill. There was a weapon but we didn't use it.
Jail was pretty rough but it taught me a lot. The most important thing I learned is that I never want to go back."
Clearly Nile Ranger has not learnt anything at all. Newcastle United should have made an example of this criminal, and sacked him. There are too many multiculturally "enriched" youngsters out there, who think that this kind of behaviour by ethnics in our society is acceptable.

The young of our nation cannot be blamed for falling into this trap of ganster style crime, the mainstream media is brainwashing them everyday to believe ethnic gangster culture is the norm.  Rising knife and gun crime can be directly traced to media propaganda that promotes ethnics.

Responsible parents need to be on their guard against this subversion of our children's morals.

The last World war one veteran dies aged 110

Claude Stanley Choules (3 March 1901 – 5 May 2011) was, at the age of 110, with Florence Green, one of the two last living First World War veterans in the world, and was the last living military witness to the scuttling of the German fleet in Scapa Flow. He was also the last living veteran to have served in both world wars, and the last seaman from the First World War. Choules was also the last surviving male First World War veteran (the last female veteran being Green), and the last First World War veteran living in Australia. At the time of his death, he was also the third oldest verified military veteran in the world and the oldest man known living in Australia. He was the 7th-oldest living man in the world. Choules became the oldest man born in the United Kingdom following the death of Stanley Lucas on 21 June 2010. He died in Perth, Western Australia, at the age of 110.

Born in Pershore, Worcestershire, and raised in nearby Wyre Piddle, son of Harry and Madeline (née Winn), in April 1915 aged 14 Choules joined the Nautical Training Ship Mercury before transferring to the Royal Navy in October 1916 to serve aboard the Naval Training Ship HMS Circe situated at Plymouth. In 1917, he joined the battleship HMS Revenge, which was the flagship of the First Battle Squadron. While serving aboard it, Choules witnessed the surrender of the German Imperial Navy at the Firth of Forth in 1918, ten days after the Armistice, and also witnessed the scuttling of the German fleet in Scapa Flow.

In 1926, along with 11 other Royal Navy senior sailors, he came to Australia on loan as an instructor at Flinders Naval Depot. Choules decided to transfer permanently to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) after sampling and agreeing with the Australian way of life. He took his discharge from the RAN in 1931, but remained in the reserves and rejoined the RAN in 1932 as a CPO Torpedo and Anti Submarine Instructor. He never once returned to England after leaving.


During the Second World War, Choules was the Acting Torpedo Officer of HMAS Fremantle. He was also the Chief Demolition Officer on the western side of the Australian continent. He was tasked with sabotaging Fremantle harbours and related oil storage tanks in the event of a Japanese invasion. Choules was also responsible for dealing with the first German mine to wash up on Australian soil during the war, near Esperance, West Australia.

Choules remained in the RAN after the Second World War and transferred to the Naval Dockyard Police (NDP) to allow him to remain in service until 1956, as retirement from the RAN for ratings in those days was at 50 years, while personnel could serve until 55 years old in the NDP.
Choules and his wife Ethel were married for 80 years, until her death aged 98. He had 3 children, 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Choules shunned celebrations of the Armistice, because he was against the glorification of war.
In 2009, his autobiography The Last of the Last was published.
In late April 2010, Choules' daughter Daphne Choules-Edinger reported that his health was declining and he could no longer give interviews. He was almost totally blind and deaf. He celebrated his 110th birthday in March 2011.
Choules died on 5 May 2011. He last resided at Gracewood Hostel in Salter Point, a suburb of Perth. He appeared in the BBC documentaries The Last Tommy (2005) and Harry Patch - The Last Tommy (2009).

British Jobs for British workers, haha your having a laugh aren't you?!

 

When the BNP say British Jobs for British workers we mean it, a vote for the BNP will secure jobs for people like the one pictured on the left. Whereas the LIB/LAB/CON regime make empty promises about immigration coincidentally around election time. What you get when you vote for the big three is the picture on the right. DoosanBabcock plans to recruit over 100 welders from the Far East to work on power plant projects in Yorkshire, even though this job category is no longer on the official UK skills shortages list, claims the GMB trade union.

The engineering construction workers union is to meet Doosan Babcock on 6 May to insist that it fill vacancies with UK-based unemployed welders. The projects involve the upcoming repair and maintenance work in the summer outages on the Drax and Ferrybridge power stations in North Yorkshire.

According to the GMB, it has identified a pool of 500 skilled UK-based welders, who are unemployed and looking for work. Many, it said, are from the traditional industrial areas like Tyneside, Teesside, Wearside, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Humberside, South Wales and the Clyde and other parts of the UK.

Jimmy Skivington GMB regional officer who met the company on this matter said “GMB is concerned that, despite several meetings with us about their legal responsibilities, DoosanBabcock still intends to fill some of their jobs for welders on these two sites with non-EU labour.

“This is despite this category of welders having been removed from the most recent official Skills Shortage list for the UK. They have advised us that they have already identified a workforce from a non EU country and plan to offer them over 100 jobs.

Skivington said the employer had failed to show evidence of efforts to locate UK-based labour, such as job adverts in local, national and trade press and submitted   vacancy notifications to the Job Centre Plus network.

The union has also advised its suitably qualified members to approach the company to apply for one of these positions. Almost 500 members subsequently applied and the GMB is seeking reports from these workers on how their applications was treated by the company.

“However Doosan’s advised GMB at our most recent meeting on 1st April that they are keeping this plan as a contingency. GMB is now concerned that an apparent breach of the regulations may be about to happen and have written to Government Ministers and local MP’s to alert them to this,” said the union organiser.

“GMB meet the company for the third time on 6th May on this matter. GMB are seeking support from Ministers and MP’s to ensure our members who have applied for these vacancies receive fair treatment, and that the company meets its legal and moral obligations to the local community and the UK based workforce as a whole.

“This whole issue pinpoints the need to step up apprenticeships for the highly skilled engineering construction workforce that will be required to build the power stations and other infrastructure projects needed in the UK. With almost 1 million young workers on the dole the Government must insist that employers create and fill these apprenticeship places.”

Labour Leader Ed Miliband forced to make national apology for Keir Morris Labour's Ashfield Candidates

" A Generation of Trade Unionists will Dance on Thatcher's Grave", that is the slogan printed on Hucknall East Labour candidate Keir Morrison's t-shirt.
Red Ed's spokesman was forced to make a grovelling apology, claiming that the Labour leader would not have knowlingly posed with the offensive message. Also adding that the Labour leader condemns the t-shirt and the sentiment behind it.


*Update* This story made Radio 5 Live, Red Ed was forced to apologise again " I would strongly advise him not to wear that T-shirt. I don’t like that T-shirt. I meet hundreds of people up and down the country and I don’t inspect every T-shirt, but I deplore the sentiments. I don’t think you should dance on anyone’s grave … We have talked to [Morrison] and he knows it is not the kind of T-shirt we want our councillors to be wearing".

Do you think this is acceptable behaviour from a potential Labour councillor, whose job it would be to represent the population of Hucknall East ward?
Imagine for a second if a BNP candidate wore an offensive tshirt and was pictured with Nick griffin, there would be cross party condemnation of such a candidate, followed by demands that the candidate step down. This should be happening now to Keir Morrison.
Keir Morrison has caused embarrasment for the people of Ashfield, and in Hucknall in particular.
But its not the first time that the Labour party has sullied the name of Ashfield, with the antics of Geoff "The Buffoon" Hoon. And also during the last general election with Gloria De Piero, with the popular press chants of "Gloria Gloria where are you Gloria" because of her blatant lack of presence within Ashfield during the run up to the election.
The Labour party cannot be trusted with power because of their tendency to support extreme left wing militancy. Therefore on May the 5th firstly vote no to AV and secondly avoid the mainstream parties and vote for independent candidates in Ashfield.

Reasons not to vote UKIP

Astonishing news that Nigel Farage, UKIP leader, has claimed £2 million in taxpayer funded expenses from the EU Parliament over 10 years dwarfs the misconduct by Westminster MPs.
If you favour Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union and are thinking of voting UKIP here are eight urgent questions:
1. Why does UKIP refuse to publish its MEPs’ EU expense claims? It is hypocritical that UKIP should condemn the EU for failing to sign off its accounts while refusing to detail its MEPs’ use of taxpayers’ funds.
2. When will Farage publish his expense claims so that voters may learn how he has claimed £2,000,000 in 10 years? What is he hiding? Even Tory MEP5 now publish their EU expense accounts.
3. What happened to UKIP supporters’ donations? Between 2003-5, nearly 90% of donations into UKIP’s Ashford Call Centre disappeared in administration costs. Another £200,000+ disappeared in Farage’s SE Region in ‘other costs’ (see Electoral Commission website). Demands for audits have been rejected by Farage. Why? What is being hidden?
4. On 27.1.05, why did UKIP MEP5 vote to support a motion whose subtext called for ‘closer political, economic and social integration’ with the EU, for brainwashing in schools and for the outlawing of ‘xenophobia’, a thought-crime defined by the EU as merely an aversion to the Euro? UKIP MEPs, who breached their own party constitution, neither apologised nor renounced this treachery.
5. Why, in early 2007, did UKIP MEP Derek Clark sign an agreement in Bucharest endorsing subsidiarity and the Common Agricultural Policy? Roger Knapman, ex UKIP leader, refused to accept such a “. . .major departure from what we believed to be UKIP’s policy - withdrawal from the EU, a complete rejection of its authority and of the CAP. Subsidiarity is an EU doctrine which assumes EU sovereignty. . . Accepting subsidiarity accepts ultimate EU sovereignty.”
6. On 29.2.08 a press statement from Farage condemned the Labour Government for discriminating in favour of Eastern Europeans immigration at the expense of non white immigration from Africa and Asia! What is the point in wishing to preserve the nation state from the EU when, as a result of multiculturalism and Afro-Asian immigration, there will be no nation within the state left to preserve in 40years?
7. Why does Farage receive more appearances on BBC Question Time than any Cabinet Minster? Could part of the answer lie in a press conference when Farage stated that the only means to defeat the BNP was to vote UKIP? In 10 years, UKIP has wasted £millions in taxpayers’ funding and private donations; money that has been sidelined into a politically-correct dead end, just like all the efforts of UKIPs’ well-meaning members.
8. Why does the foreign Marta Andreasen (Farage’s number two in the SE) merely desire reform of the EU and not withdrawal?
This is what senior UKIP officials have stated of Farage and UKIP:
Craig Mackinlay, ex Vice Chairman UKIP, on internal UKIP elections: “I will not be associated professionally or personally with what has become a perverted and shambolic process. Threats from the Party Chairman . . . merely add to the stink that now surrounds this election.”
Richard North, ex UKIP Chief Researcher, writing of Farage: “He cannot tolerate anyone in the party who he feels is or might be in a position to challenge him. He prefers to surround himself with incompetents and deadbeats. Anyone who emerges who might show an independent streak, he ruthlessly eliminates, to ensure that they cannot be seen as competition.”
And again: “(Farage) . . . spends the bulk of his time manoeuvring and scheming to keep himself in the dominant position, while presenting to the world his “boyish charm.”
Bryan Smalley, Party Secretary for two years, wrote of Farage: “He is dishonest and frequently makes untrue statements.”
Anthony Scholefield, Party Secretary for three years stated: “A disturbing feature is that Mark Croucher, UKIP Press Officer, shows UKIP members’ details to Communists and Socialist Workers via Searchlight and Unite Against Fascism. Croucher reports to Farage.”
Anthony Butcher, ex NEC member: “UKIP is now a hindrance to the anti-EU movement.”
David Abbott, ex NEC member and committed Christian: “Our leader issues an edict that MEP’s wives must not be on the MEP’s payroll. Then he is caught paying his own wife.”
And again: “These new revelations were on top of all his (ie Farage) more obvious defects including total amorality, bullying, adultery, and drunkenness, vengefulness and lying.”Roger Knapman, ex Party Leader and MEP: “UKIP MEP’s met and agreed a statement of practice - first that we would not go on ‘junkets’ to other countries and secondly that we would not employ our wives. This was to prevent us getting dragged into the comfortable EU world that leads to ‘going native’. I am now very worried that this agreement is being ignored and that the attractions of the European Parliament as a career may beckon to some; where the delights of plush new office suites, Brussels titles and internal parliament or IndDem Group politics are more attractive than our original purpose.”
Robin Page: “The party created to fight centralised government, sleaze and corruption has become a mirror image of the body it professes to loathe.”
